Smoking Goose Dorman Street Meatery
All Smoking Goose recipes begin on the farm.
Combining old world craft and new world flavors, Smoking Goose handcrafts over 40 varieties of slow cured and smoked meats, salami and sausages. Partnering with small family farms, seam butchering, hand tying, and curing without compound nitrates takes more time and more skill, but Smoking Goose knows there’s no shortcut to this level of quality and flavor.
